I have folders set up in Windows Mail. I have archived everything in MailStore. If I then delete just some of the messages in the Windows Mail folder, when I go to re-archive the folder again in MailStore, will the individual deleted messages be retained in the MailStore archive or will they also be removed when running a new archive ?

I guess my question is, does Mailstore just archive and add the new messages and leave whatever was archived prior, or does it take a whole new 'snapshot' of the Windows Mail Folder removing anything that isnt there anymore ?

The messages will be retained in the MailStore archive.

Deleting messages in Windows Mail (or in any other email client or mailbox that is archived by MailStore) has no influence on the archive.
