I'm currently evaluating MailStore server v4.6.2.3925. If I use the 'Open in Microsoft Outlook' option from web access the message opens OK but the sender information i.e. from, to, cc and Subject fields are all blank. Is this a known bug (I have searched the KB but couldn't find anything). I've tried it with both Internet Explorer and Firefox but the result is the same.

This is known issue. You need to install Outlook on the system where MailStore runs, as there are libraries needed to do the conversion to the right format you local outlook expects. We are currently working on a solution to solve this dependency in MailStore. |
