Hi,

Using the MailStore Client 4, I often see the following message with emails that get archived in my server. "Some images contained in this e-mail were blocked. Click here to show all images." Clicking only causes the prompt to disappear and I never see the images. Thunderbird is used on the client side. Is there some setting I can't find for saving or downloading images? Thanks.

Daniel, thanks for your response. Clicking on the email in the MailStore Client 4 NEVER results in the images being displayed. Emails from vendors look like Swiss cheese with catalog images not visible. Also images in technical news letters are important and need to be archived with the email regardless of whether the sending companies' server still exist. Is there any solution to this. Once the email enters MailStore. It is no longer the same email! – MikeH Mar 25 at 12:20

For security reasons MailStore blocks some request to external sources, as this might overrule a company's policy distributed with the installed mail client. You should see the whole email when you open it with your mail client from MailStore.
