Hi I'm using MailStore Home 4.03.3749. I have stored some Mails and was planning to burn them on CD. Everytime I want to store the data, the writer ejects the the blank CD / DVD. I have tried two different writers, with the same result. I am using Windows 7 64bit. Thank you for your help Sincerely ichbins |

This is strange, maybe you want to contact MailStore Support so they can have a look at this. What you can always do is burn the archive directory with a CD-burning program of your choice (make sure that MailStore Home is closed while burning). |

That may be a bug for Win7 x64. Mine does exactly the same!!!! |
