I have a copy made by mailstore of my old mail in a folder on my computer that I need to access constantly looking for emails. I already have created a profile of my actual outlook mail. How do I create another profile for access to the folder that has copies of old e-mail, so i can have the two options

The copy of your old mail is in the MailStore format, right? If you want to merge the old and new ones together you will need to

  1. configure MailStore to use the old archive first
  2. then export all emails into a directory
  3. reconfigure MailStore to use the new archive again
  4. import the emails from the directory (created in step 2) via the file/directory import.
