Our mobile users access Exchange Server via Outlook Web Access (OWA). Instead of sending them the link to MailStore Web Access, we would like to integrate it into OWA's navigation bar.

So, in addition to the Mail, Calendar, Contacts etc. buttons, they should see a button "MailStore Web Access". When they click it, a window should open displaying MailStore Web Access.

I am using Thunderbird with mailstore 4.03. When I delete a file from a folder in thunderbird it ends up in the deleted folder. When I run mailstore it notices the file has been moved and reports this but since the deleted folder is excluded it simply appears that the email is deleted from the mailstore database. This is wrong surely.

While experiementing with Mailstore to archive my IMAP mail I seem to have created three Mailstore.export folders on my mail server. I wanted to archive my mail as a .pst file or in my normal Outlook Inbox rather than my Outlook IMAP inbox. I have my Outlook set to archive old mail in its inbox after 6 months, but of course this doesn't work on my IMAp folders.

How can I delete the folders accidentally created by Mailstore on my server?

Can I archive, and then delete, my IMAP mail and store it in an Outlook PST inbox?

http://www.email-archiving-software.info/questions/183/account-password-not-set-using-imap-batch-archivingAccount Password not set using IMAP Batch ArchivingA.Becker2010-03-12T01:27:54Z2010-09-02T23:23:37Z

I have a test MailStore Server 4.6.1.3812 set up. I am testing IMAP Batch Archiving using accounts from a .CSV file. Everything is working successfully: new accounts are created as expected, archiving is running smoothly, etc. However, the account creation process does not set the MailStore account password. This means that an Administrator must manually set each account password in order for the account to be accessible thru the Web interface.

Is there any method to automatically set the MailStore account password to match the IMAP password as provided from the .CSV file? If there is not an option or setting to do this, a scripting method would be acceptable.

A nice feature would be to have the possibility to extract a full e-mails address list.
This in case you need to rebuild the local address book ( e.g. local contacts in Outlook).
Maybe in some next release ?

http://www.email-archiving-software.info/questions/179/search-in-all-readable-folders-by-defaultSearch in (All Readable Folders) by default?Ronald2010-03-09T12:05:46Z2010-08-31T18:23:30Z

When starting a new search (from the Outlook plugin or after manually starting Mailstore client) the default search location is the home folder of the current user. We have, however, only archived the Exchange public folders (the user's own folder is empty). So by default there are no search results when the user only types a search phrase (you have to change to the 'publicfolders' folder of select (All Readable Folders) first.

Is it possible to change this default search location? (Having mailstore search in (All Readable Folders) would help a lot--having it search in the specific 'publicfolders' folder would even be better).
